Quality Control & Testing

The production of DPFLEX wire rope isolator products  is subject to quality inspection according to customers’ specifications and is certified to ISO9001:2015/ GJB9001C-2017 standard.

Since the year 2006, DPFLEX set up the ISO9001 Quality Management System which will be supervised and audited by the national certification company yearly.  Meanwhile the company carrys out his own quality investigation and improving activities each year.

The quality control procedure include raw material procurement & inspection, product design, new development and process manufacturing based on the PDCA mode with a full set of written records.
